1. Order Processing Time
We operate on a "Factory-to-Consumer" model, ensuring quality checks on every item before it leaves our warehouse.

• Standard Processing: Most orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days.

• Priority Processing: If you choose "Rush Order" at checkout, your order will be prioritized and processed within 24 hours.

• Note: Processing time is not included in the shipping time. Orders are not processed on Sundays or major holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. The total delivery time is the sum of Processing Time + Shipping Time.

• The "Standard Shipping" is handled via reliable carriers like USPS, Royal Mail, or YunExpress depending on your location.

• The "Fast" and "Rush" options utilize premium carriers (such as DHL/FedEx) for fastest delivery.

3. Free Shipping Promotion
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over £50 (GBP). The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

• Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (outside of the US), please note:

• Supkitmk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

6. Unexpected Delays
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to:

• Bad weather conditions.

• National holidays or strikes.

• Customs clearance delays.

• Incorrect address information provided at checkout.
